World Temperature Map
This is a map showing the average monthly temperature max and min values for the United States over the course of the last century.
The goal in creating this map was to show the trend in temperature change across the country that is evidence of global climate change.
The choice of monthly max and min values was made to visualize the trend of extreme temperature fluctuation in both the winter and summer months,
as global climate change is not simply the trend of rising temperatures as was once thought.
